Privacy policy
The short version
Your video is stored on your device and analyzed there. We do not operate servers that receive your footage. Purchases go through Apple, syncing (when enabled) goes through your own iCloud account, and the website runs no trackers.
Your video and analysis
TurnPro records and imports ski video, and analyzes it on your iPhone. Clips, drawings, and analysis results are stored on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your footage, and analysis does not require a network connection.
iCloud sync and backups
If you use iCloud, your TurnPro library may sync between your devices and be included in your device backups. That data moves through your personal iCloud account and lives in your private iCloud storage, under Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud settings. We cannot read it.
Accounts
The current version of TurnPro has no sign-up and no sign-in, and the app sends us no personal information. If a future version adds accounts (for example, to share analysis with a coach or client), this policy will describe exactly what an account stores before that version ships.
Purchases go through Apple
TurnPro Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription; we never see your name, address, or payment details.
Camera and photo library access
TurnPro asks for camera access to record video and photo library access to import clips you already have. iOS controls both permissions, and you can revoke either at any time in Settings.
Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iOS settings, Apple provides us aggregated crash and performance reports. These contain technical diagnostics only, never your video or your identity. You can turn this off in Settings at any time.
Sharing
Video and analysis leave TurnPro when you export or share them yourself, through the iOS share sheet. Where they go from there (Messages, Mail, AirDrop, anywhere else) is your choice and happens outside the app.
Deleting your data
Delete a clip in the app and it is gone, along with its analyses. Delete the app and its local data goes with it; anything synced to your iCloud is managed through your iCloud settings.
This website
turnproskiing.com is a static site served by Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which serves the font files but sets no cookies.
Children
TurnPro is not directed at children under 13, and the app collects no personal information from anyone of any age.
Changes
When TurnPro gains features that handle data differently, such as accounts or server-side analysis, this policy will be updated before those features ship, and the changes will be dated here.
